Where my work focuses

Talent Strategy & Function Build

The people function is often the last thing to catch up when an organization changes — new leaders inherit strategies built for a different moment, and existing teams find themselves operating against goals that have shifted. The work here starts with a clear picture of where the function stands and what it's actually built for, then develops a direction: what to prioritize, how to structure the work, and where the function needs to change to keep pace.

Engagements include: talent strategy for a new people leader · talent function diagnostic · skills-based talent architecture · performance management redesign · leadership pipeline assessment

AI Workforce Strategy

Most organizations move quickly from "AI will change our workforce" to picking a training program — skipping the harder questions in between: which roles and processes are most exposed, how work should be redesigned around agents, and what your people need to be ready for it. This work starts at the beginning, developing a clear picture of what AI means for your specific workforce before moving to the structural decisions and capability-building that follow.

Engagements include: AI workforce impact assessment (the what) · managing the human-agent workforce (the how) · building human capability for an AI-enabled workforce (the who)

Leadership Decisions & Effectiveness

This work is shaped by what a particular leader or team needs. You might be a new leader building credibility with an inherited team, a leadership group working through a dynamic that's limiting their effectiveness, or an organization trying to develop the right people before the gaps become urgent. I’ll work with you to craft an approach to address your most pressing people issues.

Engagements include: Leadership team assessment and alignment · Leadership pipeline and succession review · New leader and inherited team diagnosis

If any of this resonates, or has you thinking about a different talent problem, let’s talk.
